Serenity is a totally free service to our Customers. We run a 24 hour operation and as such are available immediately a Customer needs us.
We extend the same quality of service to our Members as we do to our Customers. We work closely with our Customers to achieve what they need and we work on the same level with our members to provide that service. By having an overall dedicated contact from the beginning, we ensure that all aspects of a Customers needs are met and nothing important is forgotten. By having a dedicated personal contact the Member services can focus on getting their part achieved without having to concern themselves with the emotional client or the day to day organisational matters.
Serenity understand that the job of a funeral director is busy enough and with this in mind, we take on the role of ensuring that every detail is covered, right up to the funeral service itself.
As a Member of Serenity, you will also have access to our associated services to enhance your own business when you are operating on behalf of non Serenity based clients. This will enable you to offer enhanced services to all your Clients, with the added assurance of tried and trusted providers.
Serenity alone, is able to offer its Customers and Members access to a National network of provision, putting the right people in touch with each other Nationwide, from the bereaved family to the hospital or police station.
