Serenity is today’s first independent body that will endeavour to monitor all aspects of the funeral industry not only in death but in life. Serenity was formed in order to offer a complete service to our Clients, guaranteeing a caring, personal and genuine experience. By being independent, we can build a network of Members not only connected to the funeral industry, but also to associated services.

At Serenity, we monitor on a day to day basis, our partners and suppliers who we ultimately recommend to our Customers. Serenity intends to be the first point of call for the Customer when arranging a funeral. Many of us know that arranging a funeral is not only about the funeral itself but also, registering the death, the after funeral gathering, probate and so much more. Serenity believes that by vetting all of these services and getting daily feed back from the bereaved, our Members will collectively be able to give a better service and gain an excellent reputation. Serenity has also undertaken a mass Advertising Campaign, starting with Yellow Pages. By the first quarter of 2007, we intend to be providing advice and support to as many as 2000 families a month.

The first call from a customer is handled by our 24 hour customer service centre set up to be the first point of contact for distressed families. Serenity will not only be able to work with funeral directors, but also councillors, hospitals and nursing homes, a wide network of Serenity members. Together we can build an Organisation able to support and guide those who have lost loved ones in what is to them a most distressing and traumatic time.
