Serenity is a group of three companies operating under the Serenity Group umbrella. Within this group are, Serenity Funerals, Serenity Memorials and Treasured Times Magazine, a monthly edition aimed at all Members from Hospitals to Funeral Directors. As a Member, you will be recognised across the whole group of companies.
Members will be able to offer online memorials to their own clients and have editorial in our monthly magazine, “Treasured Times”, as well as being recommended to our Customers as an excellent funeral director for their needs.
Serenity Memorials is a non profit making service aimed at providing a communication tool for the families and friends of the deceased. The state-of-the-art memorials take the form of a web page and can be used to relay important information about the funeral arrangements or provide a forum for people to post audio, video or text messages of condolence. Serenity Memorials is a service that operates independently and as such can be used by our Members as part of their membership with Serenity.
Serenity also recognises the need for a monthly magazine to publicise its Members and to provide the Members with the ability to see first hand, the growth of the Group. For this reason, Serenity has formed its exclusive new magazine, “Treasured Times”.
Unlike other magazines in the industry, Treasured Times is intended to be something that can be read by all, from Customers to Members themselves. Each issue will carry four articles from our highly trained reporters. The pieces will range from interesting articles about life, to major changes in our society which would normally go unnoticed. More importantly, it will carry up to date information from the mouths of our Members and also our Customers’ experiences of our services. We believe that once Treasured Times is in circulation from December, Members and customers will be eagerly awaiting the next issue.
Additional Services
Serenity’s founders believe that what ever you take from life, you must put back. As a result, serenity has formed a growth fund for less fortunate Customers. For every £1 of profit, 2% will be placed in an account for use towards “special circumstance” funerals of low income families. We believe death is the saddest part of life for the living.
Low income can be the cause of unnecessary, additional distress for those wishing to pay their final respects and tributes to the life of their loved one. It is with this in mind, that Serenity will be able to use its account savings to alleviate the immediate concerns about funeral costs for those less fortunate.
These and other additional services are only the beginning of the future for the Serenity Group. Every day is another day to reflect and enhance our company and its Members.
